Germanic Group Promotes HPCL Hyperlacing Technology
Germany's dir group has recently developed a HPCL Hyperlacing technology.
After application of this technology, the 25g/m2 can be processed by high speed needling at 100m/min or above.
A Hyperlace production line is made up of several Cyclopunch needling machines with new needle beam kinematics. Each of them is equipped with 4 needle plates. The density of needle planting is about 20 thousand working width per meter. Each needle has only one small hook.
The production line can be entangled with almost all fibers in the net under the condition of high needle density.
